The Trailblazer Scholarship Award is offered to deserving individuals as a symbolic gesture of the Houston Association of Panamanians' commitment to the promotion of higher learning among the citizenry of Houston and the surrounding areas.

A scholarship fund is established for the purpose of offering financial assistance to those deservingly selected individuals, who seek to develop or improve personal skills and talents which will allow them to become positive and self-sufficient contributors to an evolving global socio-economic system of which we all form a part.
