Pathfinder Award
Pathfinder:
A person who has discovered or demonstrated a way through a road
less traveled. A “way”
may be demonstrated by a qualifying single event, accomplishment, or a series of occurrences; including a model lifestyle.
Qualifying
factors include:
1. Demonstrably noteworthy acts, or events deserving public acclaim.
2. Distinguished accomplishment.
3. Exemplary lifestyle suitable as public model.
4. Unique community contribution having broad social appeal.
5.
Community service.
6. Under
special circumstances, awards may be offered posthumously.
